I can’t believe thats for real. Its got to be a setup for the photo. I want to see the other end of the power cord … plugged in.

I’ll have to ask the friend who sent me the photo.
People can be pretty stupid - look at the number of people killed every year drink-driving (which is the scariest Darwin Awards of all). Pity the poor buggers that they take with them.
