The Lipton teabag-making and -packing machine was obviously having a bad day. It sliced the sides out of these two (unseparated) teabags. It’s not about the couple of cents that these two teabags cost, or the loose tea that went everywhere when the box was opened. It’s about a failure in quality management.
Funny thing, both Bushells and Lipton are owned by Unilever Australasia, a division of Unilever Global. Who says that there is no competition in the Australian market?
